Can anyone help me out with a diet?

I need a diet that involves very little sugar/starch, how much water should I drink to get rid of all the intoxicins inside my body, what good stomach exercises are their for the stomach? I know I shouldn't eat after 6pm, so I'm cutting that out. someone please help, I just want to lose about a stone, mainly off my stomach area, please help!
