Terrible heartburn, 23 weeks along please please help?!?

I CANNOT USE tums, maylox, most any prescription things because of a deathly allergy to binders and corn starch, corn syrup etc. and xylitol.....am I just screwed? I have croup so I can't just drink a bunch of milk which usually helps, any other ideas?
