I got a burn blister but it popped when i accidentally rubbed it up against a shirt I was putting on.?

I keep cleaning the popped blister and putting antibiotic cream and bandaging it twice a day. This morning when I was changing the wraps I noticed that inside the popped blister there is a tiny bubble of liquid that can be move around the whole area of the burn. Does anybody know what that is?
