I accidentally cut the quick on my rabbit's nail, i got it to stop bleeding but should I watch it?

I've never done it in 6 years so it scared me a bit, it bled a lot. I used a paper towel and pressure at first, and by the time I found corn starch it'd stopped bleeding. I still put some on for good measure. Is it good to go or could it start bleeding agian after he grooms it?
