Weight loss camp... When I go home, how can I keep it off?

keep doing the exact things you did at camp. when your home if you want to go back to a few of your recent eating habits introduce one every few weeks but remember to exercise more with this, the more you introduce yourself to your old lifestyle the more exercise you will have to do to put it right. life is a bastard. gain muscle. you will put on weight and lose fat but muscle burns more calories so the more you have to more you can eat. alternate each day with aerobic exercise and weight training so you build muscle and lose fat equally. :)
