What happens to your criminal record if youve been charged with vandalism in Missouri?

I am 18 years old and I was recently given a ticket for vandalism in Missouri, there was no damage included and no defacing property, me and a friend just put saran wrap on a road and were caught but not placed under arrest. This is the first time that i have been given a ticket for anything besides a speeding ticket that i got 1.5-2years ago. I was just wondering if this goes on my criminal record, do i have to post this on job applications, and how much my fine might be? Also if this will go on my record and future applications, is there anyway to get that not to happen?
