A Summons with the wrong Birthdate and Wrong Address?

I got a Summons in a different state recently but its not my birthdate, The cop was off by a year and then on the other ticket (I got 2 lol) they put the DATE which was 6/4/11 as my BIRTHDAY they also jotted down my wrong home address. Is their any way they can know it was me? I didn't have my id on me, we all wish we can get away with things like this so can I?
